中文摘要 | 應用真空技術取代人工和構造複雜精度不足的機械播種方式,是目前發展精密播種的方向之一,尤其是針對微小的蔬菜種子,真空播種技術更是目前可行的最有效方法。為更有效地發展和應用真空播種技術,本研究建立了一套室內的真空播 種測試實驗設備,藉由動態播種模擬,量測並分析相關因子對真空播種效能之影響。由對清江白菜、蘿蔔、亮婪、芥藍與小白菜等五種種子樣本之測試結果可知,除了種子的質量與種子吸針的孔徑是較顯著的相關因子外,當提高作業速度時,真空 度需求亦相對增高;經由理論動態吸附力學模式的選定與統計迴歸分析,建立一與 種子質量、種子吸針孔徑以及播種作業速度相關之有效作業負壓值需求迴歸方程式,以供實際播種作業參數選定與播種機改良設計之參考。田間驗証之結果顯示,應用本研究之結果確實可改善真空播種機作業性能, 實際有效播種率也提高 12% 左右。 |
英文摘要 | Applying vacuum techniques to replace manual or structurally complex, yet in-precise mechanical seeding methods is one of the approaches in the current development of precision seeding. Vacuum seeding technique is the most effective method currently feasible, especially for tiny vegetable seeds. This research established an indoor expermental device for vacuum seeding testing. In mobile seeding simulation, we used the device to measure and analyze the effects of physical and geometric factors of seeds on the effectiveness of vacuum seeding. The result showed seed mass and the size of pick-up orifices to be significant factors influencing vacuum requirement for effective suction. Vacuum requirement increased as operational speed was increased. We also developed a regression equation based on seed mass, the size of pick-up orifices and operational speed for predicting vacuum requirement. Field seeding trials were conducted using settings determined from the equation. The results showed that the effective seeding rate improved over that of conventional methods by 1.2%.seeding testing. |
