中文摘要 | 本研究的目的乃是發展一個組織培養自動化作業系統的試驗模型,期以解決該項產業的人工需求問題。此一自動化作業系統包括一部關節型五軸機器人(移植機器人)及一組自動搬運設施(搬運機器人),前者從事仟插移植作業, 後者專司自動搬運培養瓶。測試結果顯示,配置有光電式感測器及近接閱闋的自動搬運設施可以依設定之程序步驟將培養瓶精確平穩的移送至指定位置,且移植機器人可以將仟掃苗以26秒 /株的平均速度植入培養瓶內,每瓶14裸,移植成功率達92% 。本系統對國內日後開發產業用組織培養自動化系統提供一個適切的開端。 |
英文摘要 | A model of automatic operation system for plant tissue culture has been developed in order to make efforts in solving the difficulties of labor shortage. This system consists of a five-axis articulated robot for plantlet transplanting, and a set of automatic delivery installation for carrying plantlet containers or trays. Experimental results indicate that the automatic delivery installation moves plantlet containers through the system smoothly and precisely with the assistance of photoelectric sensors and proximity switches. The articulated robot picks up seedlings and transplants them into the containers very well. 92% of seedlings are transplanted successfully by the rate of 26 seconds per seedling. This system has offered a satisfactory initiation of the application of robot in plant tissue culture. |
