中文摘要 | 本研究係藉掃描式電子顯微鏡輔以能量分散光譜儀,觀察木絲材料與礦渣水泥水合作用後,板面之顯微結構及結晶情形;以探求水泥組合板類之應用特性。 經觀察臺灣杉、杉木、柳杉、麻六甲合歡、木油桐等五種原料組成之礦渣水泥木絲板,試驗結果顯示:在電顯掃描影像中可清晰看出礦渣水泥木絲板中,無機成份的礦渣與有機成份的木絲緊密結合,並可觀察得水泥結晶之形態;藉由能量分散光譜儀之元素分析可知結晶之成份主要為鈣、矽等元素。 |
英文摘要 | The fine structure of 5 kinds of cement-bonded slag-wood wool boards were observed and analyzed with SEM and EDS in order to investigate their applied characteristics. Taiwania cryptomerioides, Cunninghamia lanceolata, Cryptomeria japonica, Albizia falcata, and Aleurites fordii were used as the materials for cement-bonded slag-wood wool board. From the SEM images of cement board, it was observed that the fine structure of the inorganic slag was combined with the organic wood-wool, and the shape of cement crystals were clear. The chemical composition of the crystals were analyzed with EDS and showned that calcium and silica were the main elements of the crystal components. |
