中文摘要 | 一般易潮性火炸藥引信之製造過程,常忽略長久儲存之重要性與降低成本之觀念,而本文針對火炸藥引信能長久儲存,作進一步之研究分析,經與先進製造國如美國、瑞典比較,發現主要關鍵在於必需從彈體之結構設計、製造零主件材料之選擇、零主件組合後之密縫程度、火藥粉含水量濕度之控制、火藥成份之作業系統分析、封膠後之密合度與封膠材料之選擇、標準製造程序 (S.O.P.) 、標準檢驗程序 (S.I.P.) 作一全盤性的分析、實驗,並經由實驗所得之數據,可看出改善後之火炸藥引信可儲存至約20年並可節省相當可觀之製造成本。 |
英文摘要 | Most of fuzes and ammunition producers always ignore long term storage stability problem and reduction of production cost particularly if moisture is present. This paper enhance further studies on improving protective measures of fuzes and ammunition fabrication against moisture. Refer to processing experiences of worldwide advanced fuzes and ammunition producers, (such as U.S.A., Sweden) the major factors affecting long term storage, stability of fuzes and ammunition are listed as follows: Optimized construction design of fuze/shell boby, selection and preparation of raw materials (ingredients) , gas tightness of proper sealed fuzes, eliminating leaky pitch clearance of secured parts controlled moisture level of gun propellant, composition analysis of gun propellant, consecutive studies on improving current SOP/SIP, etc. Accordingly the original fabrication process undergo overhaul survey by analyzing, experimentation and making data. Improve dfuzes and ammunition production process in this paper will increase the storage life of fabricated fuzes and ammunition up to 20 years and dramatically reduce the production cost. |
