中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討護專學生擁有的心理與社會資源,如:自我肯定、社會支援及心理症狀等心理社會因素,與其身心症狀的關係。研究對象包括一所公立,二所私立護 (醫) 專護理科學生,共1,142人,其中五專生603人,二專生539人。運用身心生活適應量表與習慣量表團體施測,資料分析包括積差相關、逐步迴歸與t檢定。研究結果顯示,與身心症狀數有顯著正相關的變項有:焦慮反應,性角色偏差,憂鬱反應。而與身心症狀數有顯著負相關的變項有:健康自評 (一) (二),自我肯定,家庭支持,師友資源。迴歸分析顯示,本研究有效解釋身心症狀的變項依序為:焦慮反應,憂鬱反應。而以身心症狀最少的25%的學生組與身心症狀最多的25%的學生組作t檢定發現:症狀最少組的健康自評 (一) (二),自我肯定,家庭支持,師友資源,均顯著高於症狀多學生組。至於焦慮反應,性角色偏差,憂鬱反應則顯著低於症狀最多學生組。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychosocial factors which related to the psychosomatic symptoms of the students in nursing institutes. The factors included in this research were: self-esteem, social support and psychological disorders. Totally 1142 students in nursing institutes, including one public and two private schools, were evaluated by a psychosomatic adaptation scale. These results can help the nursing institutes improve their students' health in terms of psychosocial perspective, and prepare them for being competent nurses in the future. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) The factors which have significant positive relations with psychosomatic symptoms are emotional and anxious reactions, sex role deviation, helpless and depressive reactions. (2) The factors which can interpret psychosomatic symptoms signific cantly in stepwise regressional analysis are: emotional and anxious reactions, helpless and depressive reactions. |
