中文摘要 | 本研究係利用油溶性PU樹脂(即聚氨基甲酸酯樹脂)作為塗佈加工液之主體,以濕式塗佈之加工方式針對Nylon平織物進行透濕防水加工研究,再針對樹脂之種類、添加劑及架橋劑種類進行高透濕防水產品配方組合之探討。由研究結果顯示,薄膜厚度在15~ 25μm時,透濕度可達4500 g / m2•24hr以上、耐水壓在2000mmH2O及剝離強度在350g / cm 以上。 |
英文摘要 | This report is a study on the moisture-permeable / water-proof Nylon woven fabrics, by using solvent-type polyurethane resin as major coating material with wet coagulation method. Formulations with different types of polyurethane resins, and curing agents for high moisture-permeable fabrics were also studied. Experimental results revealed that the water vapor per-meability of coated Nylon fabrics could be as high as 4500 g / m2‧24hr, water column higher than 2000 mm H2O, and peel strength of 350 g / cm for membranes of thickness between 15~25 μm. |
