中文摘要 | 本文係針對目前化學纖維三大產品之一之締鬈加工絲(DTY),透過加工過程中噴嘴(air jet)壓力的不同,使紗線產生不用的交絡數目與強度,進而探討紗線在不上漿狀況下,其對織造性之影響。結果顯示紗線交絡強度初始並不隨空氣噴壓之增加而上升;壓力必須到達一定值後,交絡數日方才開始下降。實驗中以噴壓3公斤為最適條件。至於未上漿織造性方面,只要空氣噴壓達到臨界值,皆無織造上之困難。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we analyze the entanglement integrity of DTY and dy-namic strength and strain by CTT (Constant Tension Transport) instrument, which is developed by Lawson-Hemphill Inc., USA. Afterwards, samples were woven in air jet and rapierlooms respectively, which not only discover the relationship between air pressure and weavability but also to cinfirm the weavability betwen looms. The results show that the entanglement in-tegrity of yarns does not initially increase with air pressure; however it starts decreasing as the air reaches to certain pressure. In this experiment, 3-kilogram air pressure exhibits the best entanglement integrity compared with other. For the weavability of unsized filament, there is no weaving problem as long as the entanglement integrity reaches to a critical point; otherwise, it is easy to cause filament breaks due to abrasion on both rapi-er and air jet looms. |
