| 中文摘要 | 以人工採精取得之臺灣有色肉雞精液,進行不同程度之電孔處理後,以掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察電孔處理精子形態之影響。結果得知高電場強度/低電容(E=2.5KV/cm, lμFD; 25 μFD),或低電場強度/高電容(E=0.5KV/cm, 250μFD)之組合,對雞精子之影響較小,精子頭部仍可保持平滑完整;高電場強度/高電容(E=1.125KV/cm, 960μFD)或超高電場強度/低電容(E=5.0KV/cm, 25μFD)之組合,對雞精子頭部則產生了嚴重的破裂或斷裂。 |
| 英文摘要 | Semen were collected from country chickens in Taiwan, the diluted semen treated with electroporation in different conditions. The morphology of electroporated spermatozoa was investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the combination of high field strength/low capacitance (E=2.5KV/cm, lμFD; 25μFD) or low field strength/high capacitance (E=0.5KV/cm, 250μFD) gave slightly effect on spermatozoa, the head of sperm showed smooth and completeness. In the other way, the combination of high field strength/high capacitance (E=1.125KV/cm, 960μFD) or high field strength/low capacitance (E=5.0KV/cm, 25μFD) gave the rooster spermatozoa serious damage, including serious cracked or broken of sperm head. |
