中文摘要 | 本研究係探討有機農耕法(OF,使用豬糞廏肥與生物防治),慣行農耕法(CF,使用合成化肥與農藥)及折衷農耕法(IF,使用豬糞廄肥及化肥各一半及最低量農藥)的土壤化學性質與肥力在六年試驗期中之變遷。希望瞭解有機農耕法在本省自然環境下,對土壤化學性質之效應及對作物養分供應之能限。試區分設於南臺灣的高雄縣旗山鎮與嘉義縣鹿草鄉,每一試區設二個輪作系統,各具慣行,折衷及有機等三種農耕法,共設六種處理,各處理面積為0.1公頃,自民國七十六年夏作至八十二年春作,前後共進行六年的田間試驗。 試驗開始後第二年有機農耕法土壤pH即升至微鹼性直到試驗結束。土壤有機質含量至第一次作物輪作系統循環結束後以OF>IF>CF,經六年試驗後土壤有機質含量OF區較CF區增加25%至90%差異顯著。土壤全氮量OF>IF>CF,趨向與土壤有機質相似,僅差異發生時間較晚。CEC至試驗結束時OF處理顯著高於CF處理,而IF處理居中與前兩者之差異不顯著。土壤有效性磷,交換性鉀,鈣,鎂及鹽酸萃取性銅與鋅皆以OF>IF>CF,呈現差異或具顯著性差異,視養分種類、地區及輪作系統而有時間上先後之別。綜合上述,在臺灣推廣本研究所探討之有機農耕法,確可改善土壤化學性質與累積土壤中作物所需之養分。 |
英文摘要 | Field trials were set at Chishan, Kao-Hsiung county and Lutsao, Chia-I county from 1987 to 1994 to observe the feasibility of organic farming in this island. The trial involved six treatments with the combinations of three cultural methods (rganic, intermediate and conventional) and two rotation sequence (six crops per cycle and a cycle took two years). Each treatment had no replication with plot size 0.1 ha. In this paper, the change of soil fertility are evaluated. Soil reaction was changing from acidic to slight alkali in organic plot. Soil organic matter content of organic plot was high in comparison with others at the end of first rotation cycle. Further more, the soil organic matter content in organic plot was significantly higher than the conventional plot by 25 to 90%. The differences of soil nitrogen content in each method had the similar trend as the soil organic matter content. However, the differences of former appeared earlier than the latter. The organic plot had significantly higher cation exchange capacity than the conventional conventional plot. As for the available P, exchangeable K, Ca, or Mg, and 0.1 N HCl extractable Cu or Zn, all of them were showing high in organic plot comparison with the rest of others. It showed the magnitude order with organic > intermediate > conventional. The differences were various in nutrients, locations and copping sequences. Over all, the adaptation of organic farming improved soil chemical properties and built soil nutrients which might be beneficial for the growth of succeeding crops. |
