中文摘要 | 由文獻探討結果,建立組織學習與全面品質經營(TQM)關係之概念架構,並以 T 公司為事例,探討其組織學習與全面品質經營之關係。應用典型相關與逐步迴歸分析,探 討此二者之關係, 研究結果發現:1.組織學習之養成方法與 TQM 實施關鍵因素之間,其 第一組典型相關係數有顯著的相關且非常大, 即支持了 TQM 可促進組織學習,而組織學習 對推動 TQM 有很大助益:2. TQM 實施成效受到實施關鍵因素的影響顯著,如能掌握全面 品質經營的關鍵因素且確實執行,則為成功地達成 TQM 目標之重要途徑; 3.如果組織學 習能力越強,且 TQM 實施關鍵因素推廣程度越高,則 TQM 實施之成效也越高。因此,由本 實證研究結果顯示,其組織學習與 TQM 之間具有高度之相關性。 |
英文摘要 | Through extensive literature review, a theoretical framework of this article was obtained and an investigation was implemented at T company. By canonical correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis, the major findings are as follows. (1) There is a significantly positive relationship between the discipline of organizational learning and TQM components. That is, organizational learning is positively associated with TQM components. The canonical correlation coefficient of the first pair of canonical variates is very large, which supports the theory that TQM can promote organizational learning and organizational learning also has large contributions to TQM, which enhances product and service quality, encourages integrated incrnal systems and self-managing work teams, and facilitates process improvement. (2) The performance of TQM is significantly influenced by the components of TQM. TQM has a universal appeal because it is an ongoing, long-term system to achieve customer satisfaction by continuously improving the quality of a firm's goods and services. And (3) the better the capacity of organizational learning and the higher the level of key factors to TQM can be reached, the better the performance of implemented TQM will be obtained. Consequently, organizational learning is positively related to TQM. |
