中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討花蓮縣國小校長在學校與社區互動中,對校長角色期望、教師角 色期望、國小應提供社區之資源與服務之期望,社區應提供給國小的資源與服務之期望,以 及校長實際參與程度。本研究採用問卷調查法,以花蓮地區四十八所國民小學校長為對象, 有效樣本數為三十八人,問卷調查結果再以單變項變異數分析法(ANOVA)加以統計分析。 研究結果顯示,國小校長之不同背景因素,對於「教師角色期望」、「國小應提供給社區之 資源與服務之期望」皆無顯著差異。但國小校長「擔任校長年資」在其校長角色之「對外聯 繫與溝通」層面上有顯著差異。在實際參與方面,國小校長「曾擔任主任年資」對其實際「 領導方式層面」之參與程度有顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the elementary school principals' role expectations of principals, teachers,schools and community in the interactions between elementary schools and communities. A questionnarie approach is applied to investigate 48 elementary schools in Hualien area, and there are 38 effective samples. The ANOVA statistical analysis is used to show how different independent variables influence the dependent variables. The results show that there are no significant difference is the role expectations of teachers, schools and community among elementary principals. Only one factor, namely "the years being principals" influences the role expectation of pricipals in terms of communicating with community. Another factor, namely "the years being school director" influences the leadership of pricpals in schools. There are no other significant difference between the other independent variables and other dependent variables. |
