中文摘要 | 本研究提出以生產者允差設計解決傳統連續製程裝罐問題之中之規格界限決定的 問題,試圖由田口氏損失函數的觀點,來重新探討並解決連續製程之產品裝罐問題。在本研 究中,凡是產品重量在生產者之規格上、下限之間者,皆以固定的價格出售,超過規格上、 下界限之產品均倒出重做;符合規格但低於目標值的產品以田口氏損失函數來計算損失,而 符合規格但高於目標值的產品則以產品單價乘以超重之比例來計算損失;在這些情況下,本 文提出了使整體社會期望損失最小的生產者最佳規格上、下界限之求解模式。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, conventional continuous canning processes problem has been solved with Taguchi's tolerance design methodology. The quadratic loss function proposed by Taguchi is used to handle the customers' loss when canning product is underfilled and the loss due to product overfilled is counted to producer for the material cost only. For those out of specification products, producer will pay a constant rework cost. A minimum loss model for continuous canning processes is developed under these conditions and the optimal producer's tolerance limits are calculated. |
