中文摘要 | 本試驗探討sulfadimethoxine(磺胺二甲氧嘧啶;SDM)以100mg/kg B.W./day之劑量連續三天口服投予吳郭魚,利用高效液相層析法來檢測SDM在吳郭魚中殘留之情況,且以光二極體陣列式檢測器來確認該藥。依設定之抽取法及分析條件,其結果如下:SDM標準品檢測極限為0.1ppm,吳郭魚肉中之SDM檢測極限則為0.01ppm。殘留試停藥後0小時魚肉中SDM之濃度達到最高(46.5ppm),爾後呈下降趨勢,於第23天起至第28天已檢測不出有SDM之殘留(即低於0.01ppm)。 |
英文摘要 | Sulfadimethoxine was goven orally to tilapia fish at 100 mg per kg b.w. daily for 3consecutive days to study the residual level of the drug in the fish. The residual level of the drug in the fish muscle was determined with high performance liquid chromatography and confirmed with photodiode array detector. The respective analytical sensitivities of sulfadimethoxine in standard solution and tilapia flesh were found to be 0.1 and 0.01 ppm, respectively. The peak residue level of 4634 ppm appeared at 0 hour after withdrawing the drug and showed a decreasing gradient thereafter No sulfadimethoxine (above 0.01 ppm) was detected in the fish flesh from 23rd day to 28th day after withdrawing the drug from the fish. |
