| 中文摘要 | 本試驗研究目的在於利用平板瓊連續稀釋法,檢測75株分離自淡水及海水養殖池魚類弧菌對數種抗菌劑之感受性。試驗結果顯示其中43株淡水Vibrio spp.分離株對各種抗菌劑之感受性以PD127391(PD127)感受性最高,PD131628(PD131)、enrofloxacin (ENR)次之,sarafloxacin (SAR)、PD124816(PD124)再次之,difloxacin (DIF)再次之,fleroxacin (FLE)、norfloxacin(NOR)再次之,oxolinic acid(OA)、sulfadimethoxine+ormetoprim(SO)再次之,nalidixic acid(NA)更次之,而以oxytetracycline(OTC)感受性最差。其餘31株海水Vibrio spp.分離株對各種抗菌劑之感受性以ENR最高,PD127次之,PD131再次之,PD124、SAR再次之,DIF再次之,NOR、FLE再次之,OA、SO再次之,NA更次之,而以OTC感受性最差。同時由實驗結果得知,部分魚類弧菌分離株對抗菌劑具有抗藥性,抗藥菌株百分比以抗OTC最高(淡水4.5%及海水9.6%);抗NA次之(淡水2.2%及海水3.2%);抗OA更次之(淡水2.2%及海水0%)。然而fluoroquinolone藥物則未檢出抗藥性之菌株。 |
| 英文摘要 | The aims of this study were to evaluated the antibacterial activities of eight fluoroquinolones including difloxacin (DIF), enrofloxacin (ENR), fleroxacin (FLE), norfloxacin (NOR), PD124816 (PD127), PD131628 (PD131), AND sarafloxacin (SAR), two quinolones including nalidixic acid (NA) and oxolinic acid (OA), and tow nonquinolones including oxyter. Tracycline (OTC) and sulfadimethoxine+ormetoprim (SO) against Vibrio spp., isolated from freshwater and saltwater fish cultured ponds by the serial plate dilution method. By Wilcoxon signed-rank test, the results revealed that the sensitive order of freshwater Vibrio spp. isolates was OTC<NA<Rom, OA<Nor,FLE<DIF<PD124, SAR<ENR, PD131<PD127(p<0.05). The results showed that the sensitive order of seawater Vibrio spp. isolates was OTC<NA<Rom, OA<FLE, NOR<DIF<SAR, PD124<PD131<PD127<ENR(p<0.05). All fluoroquinolones (difloxacin, enrofloxacin, fleroxacin, norfloxacin, PD124846, PD127391, and PD131628) had significantly higher antibacterial activity than that of either nalidixic acid or oxolinic acid against both freshwater and marine fish strains of Vibrio spp. (p<0.05)。In addition, the antibacterial activites of nalidixic acid, oxolinic, and SO were significantly higher than that of oxytetracycline (p<0.05). |
