中文摘要 | 為評估犬水腎症之腎超碣波掃描測量法之再現性和正確性,將48隻成犬單側輸尿管完全結紮並任意分成6組,每組8頭。於結紮1,2,3,4,5,和6週後各對其中1組進行超音波掃描,於腎背中縱掃描影像下測量其腎長度、寬度、實質厚度和腎孟寬度,然後行外科手術出水腎,放置於水槽內行腎超音波掃描和測量,再以測徑器測量水腎之大小。結果顯示活動內之水腎超音波掃描測量法可正確地測量出水腎之大小,此種影像掃描法在偵測犬水腎症程度上是一有用之方法。 |
英文摘要 | To evaluate the reproducibility and accuracy of ultrasonographic measurement in the hydronephrotic canine kideney, complete unilateral ureter ligation were done on 48 adult dogs. These dogs were randomly divided into 6 groups; each group has 8 dogs. Group 1, 2, 3, 4, , 5, and 6 sere sonographed on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 6 week post-ureter ligation, respectively. After measuring the renal lengty, width, parenchymal thickness and pelvic width of a kidney middorsal image, the left kidneys were surgically removed, scanned and measured sonographically in a water bath. The kidney were then measured again with a mechanical calipers. The results revealed that all the previous in vivo nephrosonographic measurements accurately reflected the true dimension of the kidney. Thus imaging technique can be used to monitor the severity of canine hydronephrosis. |
