中文摘要 | 本研究主要係探討所選定之十六本商業管理期刊間的相互索引及引證狀況。根據這些期刊的相互索引次數,本研究使用非計量多元尺度法得出一個雙構面的MDS圖。運用『定性一定量』以及『總體一個體』二個構面,本研究可以解釋這十六本期刊間的相互引證關係。本研究發現這十六本商業管理期刊可以分為四類,分別代表商業研究上的四個主要趨向。 |
英文摘要 | This study analyzed the nature of citation made and received by selected 16 business journals. The major purpose of this study is an attempt to evaluate the communication and dialogue among major business journals. A two-dimensional MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) map was derived. These two dimensions can be entitled "qualitative-quantitative" and "macro-micro" respectively to interpret the co-citation relationship among these 16 business journals. Four "invisible colleges" of business journals were found in this study. These four colleges of business journals indicated the four mainstreams of business research. |
