中文摘要 | 按CTMP製漿條件變因及紙張各項性質綜合之預測變數,以逐步迴歸方法分析各影響因子相互之關係,並得知各預測變數之顯著影響因子之順序,期可作為變化製漿條件因子以獲得不同性質用途之需。以14種試材之CTMP而言,所有變因對化學藥品添加量之影響按顯著順序為紙漿纖維束量、纖維長度、頂破力、電力消耗量、紙漿白度;但就8種闊葉樹材而言則為纖維長度、纖維束量、頂破力、電力消耗量、紙漿白度。4種針葉樹材則以纖維長度影響最大,電力消耗量次之。而非木材纖維植物之蔗渣及麻竹則以纖維長度影響最大。 |
英文摘要 | In chemithermomechanical pulping the importance of variables affecting chemical charge for all the CTMPs from 14 wood species can be ranked as follows: shives content>fiber length> burst strength> power consumption> brightness of pulp. While in the case of 8 hardwood species, the variables can be ranked as fiber length> shives content> burst strength> power consumption> brightness of pulp. The fiber length is the major variable followed by power consumption in the case of 4 softwood species. The fiber length is the most important variable affecting CTMP pulping of bagasse and Ma bamboo. |
