中文摘要 | 裝配線平衡演算法原本就比較不易瞭解及計算,以人工來求解已不可能,以電 腦程式來運算又不易選擇適用的演算法。讓應用者易於使用已發展出的演算法,是本文目 的之一。另一方面,在裝配線平衡問題解法的發展過程中,先行圖(Precedence Chart)一直 為研究者所忽略。如何利用先行圖來確保作業間先後次序關係的正確性,以發揮先行圖的 功能,是本文探討的另一個主題。 在簡單裝配線平衡問題的範圍內,首先依據生產環境的限制及演算法的特性,建立一 個不同階層的分類法,以做為選取演算法的基礎。再以專家系統中的多模式縱列架構,整 合求解裝配線平衡問題的演算法,進而建立一套能選取、執行及評估裝配線平衡演算法的 專家系統,使此系統能適應不同類型問題的演算法,同時可達成先行圖有確認作業資料的 功能。 |
英文摘要 | The assembly line balancing problem has been considered significant but complex. A number of analytical and heuristic algorithms have been developed. Due to the difficulty of selecting and executing an applicable one the percentage of applying the published algorithms is low among the industries. Consequently, it is the main purpose of the paper to present a system which assists the users in selecting, implementing and evaluating the assembly line balancing algorithms. In addition, the precedence chart, a graphical mechanism to establish and analyze the assembly steps, could be incorporated and modernized. It is the second objective of the paper to illustrate the feasibility of computerizing the precedence chart by incorporating it in the presented system. The paper focuses on the simple assembly line problems. Expert systems concepts, specifically the multi-model tandem architecture are employed. In brief, the significance of the research follows: (1) it establishes a classification of the assembly line balancing algorithms which serves as the rule base for selecting an applicable algorithm; and (2) it computerizes the application of the precedence chart. |
