中文摘要 | 由PF樹脂及三種不同組合之乙醇處理過再生木質素所膠著之方薄片板(總含膠率為乾木重之2.5%)在本研究室製成。其預定密度為43.0 lbs/ft^3 (0.69 g/cm^3)。所有之機械及物理特性然後加以求出及比較之。以改良之再生木質素作為PF膠之代用材料最高祇能在2.5%之總含膠率下用到30%(亦即70/30之PF/Lignin)。依品管之觀點言之,最適當且安全之改良SSL之摻混比應以10~20%為限。在工業規模言之,過多之供用不僅貶弱產板之特性,且引起產品在潮濕條件下多量陋化甚至崩壞。 |
英文摘要 | Waferboards bonded with PF rsin and three different combinated alcoholic base spent sulphite lignin (total binder content was 2.5% of dry wood weight) were manufactured. The density was targeted to 43.0 Ibs/ft^3 (0.69 g/cm^3). Their mechanical and physical properties were then, determined and compared. The using of modified SSL as a type of susbstitude for PF resin can only be applied to the maximum of 30% (or 70/30 of PF/Lignin ratio) when the total binder content was set to 2.5%. The most feasible and safe margin of its application according to the views of quality control, the said SSL should be applied in around 10-20%. The excessive application of it in the industry not only weaking the properties of boards produced, but also causing many degraded or even scrappy products when they exposed in wet condition. |
