中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討應力波非破壞測定法,用於檢測六種實木靜曲彈性係數之相關性。試驗材料包括花旗松、台灣檜木、紅櫟木、冰片樹、美國西部鐵杉以及柳桉等六種實木。分別以應力波計時儀、打音頻譜分析系統與振動頻率測定器等三種應力波非破壞測定儀器進行試驗。六種實木中,花旗松之靜曲彈性係數與非破壞性測試的結果相關性較高;美國西部鐵杉與柳桉則較低。當比較動彈性係數與靜曲彈性係數時,除冰片樹外,其餘都是動彈性係數值較高。至於靜曲彈性係數與靜曲破壞係數間,則是與靜曲彈性係數的相關性較高。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is search the relationship between MOE of six species solid wood and three kinds of nondestructive testing instruments. The tested woods included douglas-fir, Taiwan red cypress, red oak, kapur, western hemlock and lauan, which were tested with stress-wave timer, tap tone analysis system and vibration frequency tester. In six species solid wood, the MOE of douglas-fir is highly correlated with the nondestructive testing, lauan and western hemlock gained the worst. MOE values determined with stress-ware are typically higher than those determined with static tests. the stress-wave MOE is highly correlated with static elastic modulus, but only slightly correlated with MOR. |
