中文摘要 | 前額肌懸吊術之懸吊物文獻長久以來都報告以自體闊筋膜最耐久,其吹 是異體闊筋膜,而聚絲纜狀縫線只適用於暫時性的懸吊,但仍為許多眼科醫師所 喜用。我們回溯研究於本科接受前額肌懸吊術的病人,自民國8C年至82年共有64 個連續病人94隻眼睛,發現4?隻使用聚絲纜狀縫線的眼睛中,有I9隻眼睛(39.6) 產生眼臉下垂復發或持續性的肉芽腄(平均追蹤時間17.9個月);而於46隻使用超低 溫冷凍異體闊筋膜的眼中,只有3隻眼睛產生眼瞼下垂復發,且沒有病人產生持 續性的肉芽腫(平均追蹤時間13.1個月)。兩者的差別有統計學上的意義,所以我 們認為超低溫冷凍異體闊筋膜是較理想的選擇。 |
英文摘要 | It had long been documented that autogenous fascia lata was the mostdurable suspensory material for frontalis sling, followed by allogenic fascialata. And nylon polyfilament cable-type suture was regarded as only suitablefor temporary purpose when used as a suspensory material. However, itwas still used by many ophthalmologists as the preferred material. Thuswe retrospectively studied the 94 consecutive eyes of 64 patients whounderwent frontalis sling at our department from 1991 to 1993 and found19 of the 48 eyes (39.6) that received nylon polyfilament cable type suturesustained recurrent ptosis or unresolved granuloma formation with a meanfollow-up time of 17.9 months. Yet only 3 of 46 eyes (6.5) that receiveddeep-freezed allogenic fascia lata had recurrent ptosis and none in thisgroup had granuloma formation (mean follow-up time: 13.1 months). Thedifference was statistically significant and we think the use of allogenic fascialata should be encouraged more than nylon polyfilament cable-type suture. |
