中文摘要 | 本論文主要的目的是研究定速與簡諧流速之切削液對BTA深孔鑽之影響。在深孔鑽 切削過程中,切削液扮演冷卻、潤滑與沖刷切屑的重要角色。因此,含切削液之深孔刀桿之 振動對於切削品質將有深遠的影響。本論文將建立含定速與簡諧流速之切削液之側向振動深 孔鑽刀桿的運動方程式, 然後利用伽樂金方法( Galerkin's method )解其運動方程式。 同時理論值與實驗值,比較結果非常吻合。 |
英文摘要 | This paper deals with the effects of fluid-flow velocity in BTA deep- hole drilling, where the fluid-flow velocity is either constant, or with harmonic component superposed. In BTA deep-hole drill, fluid plays an important role such as coolant, lubricant and to flush chips. Therefore, the vibration of the drill shaft with fluid-flow velocity become important to the cutting quality. In this paper, the equation of motion of lateral vibration of the drill shaft with constant and harmonic fluid-flow velocity is constructed and the Galerkin's method is used to solve the dynamic system. Simulations and experimental results are also presented. |
