中文摘要 | 傳統分度頭的分度方法有直接分度法(Direct indexing),簡單分度法(Simple indexing),複式分度法(Compound indexing),其在計算方面相當繁瑣,且由於齒輪作 為回授元件造成齒隙誤差大小亦因人而異,另加工精度亦需依分度盤本身精度而定,其不但 分度解析度低且價格昂貴。 本文中利用單晶片軟硬體上的技術,轉移到人工輸入的傳統分度頭上,以使其經鍵盤輸入設 定值後,再驅動馬達帶動傳統分度頭之輸入軸,即可改良成一自動分度的分度頭系統。進而 ,達到降低分度頭成本(如捨棄分度盤及回授齒輪),避免人為造成的誤差及損失,及提高 其分度精度的目的。 另外,亦以PC(486)為控制器實現了極點安置控制器,分別以不同的模式驅動受控對象 (Plant),提升系統的強健性(robustness)、暫態嚮應(Transient response),及降 低穩態誤差(Steady state error)。 |
英文摘要 | The tranditional index head gradulation methods have Direct indexing, Simple Indexing, and Compound Indexing. The theorectical calculation of indexing is very complicated and gear was a feedback part in the tranditional indexing, The measurement of indexing error due to gear backlash will be based on the operation by different people, and the machine process accuracy of index head strongly depends on indexing dial which has the lower indexing resolution and is very expensive. In this project, a single chip(8751) will be used in the tranditional index head to delete the disadvantages of tranditional indexing methods. The setting values of indexing will be input thru the computer keyboard, then starting the motor to drive the imput axis of the tranditional index head. This can modify the tranditional indexing system to become an automatic system which will reduce the cost (the indexing disk and the feedback gear will abandoned), avoid the error and losing accuracy due to the people's mistakes, and increase the accuracy of the indexing. Another technology is to let PC (486) to be a pole placement adaptive controller , and it can use different modulus to drive the controlled plant, to raise the robustness of system, transient response, and reduce the steady state error. |
