中文摘要 | 本研究在於分析插怏機之橢圓齒輪式插植機構的運動。此插植機構係由5個橢齒輪所構成之行星齒輪系;其中插植爪設在曘外側之齒輪軸心上,因此插植爪端點之運動軌跡略呈扁圓形,如此之軌跡可以滿足插植作業所需。首先利用反平行四邊形之理論,推導出輪系臂與最外側齒輪兩者旋轉角度之關係,以及插植爪端點運動軌跡之方程式,根據此推導結果取得位於最外側齒輪長軸上節點之運動軌跡,所得結果與文獻所載一致。另外,更進一步模擬插植爪於靜態中以及在600mm/sec機體行進速度下之運動軌跡,此一部份之結果亦可以提供日後插本機構設計之參考。 |
英文摘要 | A rice transplanting mechanism with elliptic gear train was investigated in this study. The main part of the mechanism consists of 5 elliptic gears. The tine is mounted at the shaft of the outermost planetary gear. This causes the trajectory at the end point of tine to be near elliptic shape. This shape in needed in the transplanting operation. The concept of anti-parallelogram is used to derive the relation of rotation between the arm and the outermost planetary gear as well as the equations of the trajectory. Accordingly, the trajectory of a pitch point on the outermost planetary gear was obtained. The result was compared with the result in the literature. The consistency was shown. Furthermore, the trajectory at the end point of the tine with two cases, one moving speed is equal to 0mm/sec and the other one is 600mm/sec, are analyzed. The results can be provided for designing a new transplanting mechanism. |
