中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在於探討白肉雞及臺灣土雞飼餵不同濃度有效磷飼糧時,觀察骨骼組織變化及對有效磷需要量之差異。試驗飼糧主以玉米、大豆粕為原料,另添加石灰石粉、磷酸氫鈣調整鈣及有效磷含量,飼糧粗蛋白質、代謝能及鈣之設計值各為22.0%、3080 kcal/kg及1.0%。 由本試驗顯示,白肉雞飼料採食量,於有效磷含量0.27-0.45%內,隨有效磷濃度升高而增加(p<0.05),臺灣土雞亦呈相同趨勢,但處理間未達顯著差異。兩個品種均隨有效磷提高而增加骨骼灰分量(p<0.05)。 於骨骼組織學變化方面,於低有效磷(AP 0.27%)狀況下,生長盤處積集多量無血管之軟骨組織,發生脛骨軟骨發育不良症,致白肉雞骨骼畸型,無法行走。 經利用迴歸公式分析有效磷與脛骨灰分之關係,求得0-3週齡白肉雞有效磷需要量至少為0.45%,而臺灣土雞有效磷需要量為0.42%。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this experiment were to investigate the effect of the difference available phosphorus (AP) levels on the histological changes and requirements in Taiwan Country Chickens (TCC) and white broilers. A factorial design, with two breeds (TCC, broiler) and seven AP levels (0.27, 0.30, 0.33, 0.36, 0.42, 0.45%) was used in this experiment. The chicks in each treatment were fed on corn-soybean meal basal diet (CP=22.0%, ME=3100 kcal/kg, Ca=1%). Within 0.45% AP, the results showed that feed intake was increased significantly (p<0.05) when the dietary AP level increased. In bone characteristics, bone ash content in TCC was higher than that in white broiler, and bone ash content was increased when the dietary AP level increased in both TCC and white broilers (p<0.05). In bone histological changes, avascular cartilage was found on proximal tibia of chickens fed low AP (0.27%). The correlation of AP and tibia ash was analyzed with general regression method. The results showed that recommended requirement of AP for 0-3 week old white broiler must be over 0.45% with tibia ash as a sensitivity indicator, while AP requirement is 0.42% for TCC. |
