中文摘要 | 由三個試驗進行測定0~4週齡雛華鵝對菸鹼酸及色胺酸之需要量。試驗一:以玉米-大豆粕為基礎日糧,依序添加菸鹼酸使飼糧含有菸鹼酸23、38、53、68、83、98及113ppm。試驗二:以玉米-大豆粕-明膠等為主之基礎日糧,以2×3複因子設計,飼糧含色胺酸0.21,0.26,0.31%;飼糧含菸鹼酸為61、106ppm。試驗三:以玉米-大豆粕-玉米蛋白之基礎日糧,其色胺酸含量為0.14%,菸鹼酸為60ppm,並逐級添加色胺酸使飼糧含有0.14、0.21、0.28、0.35、0.42、0.49%六個處理組。試驗一之結果顯示在隻日增重方面以含68ppm菸鹼酸之處理組之雛鵝有較佳之趨勢,但各處理之間均無顯著差異(P>0.05),飼料/增重以98ppm菸鹼酸處理組顯著較38、53ppm菸鹼酸處理組者為佳(P<0.05),綜合增重及飼料換肉率對於雛鵝菸鹼酸需要量為68~98ppm。試驗二在雛鵝增重方面以給予0.26%色胺酸及含61ppm菸鹼酸飼糧之鵝顯著較其他處理組為佳(P<0.05),飼料/增重以含0.21%色胺酸及61ppm菸鹼酸者顯著較其他處理組為差(P<0.05),在飼糧之色胺酸及菸鹼酸於增重及飼料/增重均有顯著之交感作用(P<0.05),顯示雛鵝之飼糧在低色胺酸含量(0.21%)時,需較高菸鹼酸含量(106 ppm),反之色胺酸含量在0.26~0.31%,菸鹼酸則只需61ppm,即可滿足生長之需。試驗三之結果顯示基礎日糧(0.14%色胺酸含量)組之鵝採食量顯著較低,增重及飼料/增重方面以0.28%色胺酸含量處理組顯著較佳。綜合生長性狀而言,增重及飼料/增重方面以斷線法分析求得其色胺酸最低需要量分別為0.23和0.28%。 |
英文摘要 | Three experiments were conducted to determine niacin and tryptophan requirements of Chinese goslings from 0 to 4 weeks of age. In Exp. 1, graded levels of niacin were added to corn-soybean meal diets to make niacin contents of 23, 38, 53, 68, 83, 98, and 113 ppm. The results showed that the niacin requirement of goslings was between 68 and 98 ppm. In Exp. 2, a corn-gluten meal diet was used as basal diet. A 3×2 factorial arrangement with 3 levels of tryptophan (0.21, 0.26, 0.31%) and 2 levels of niacin (61, 106 ppm) was used. The results showed that lower dietary tryptophan (0.21%) required higher dietary niacin (106 ppm). On the contrary, when dietary tryptophan was between 0.26~0.31%, the niacin requirement was only 61 ppm. In Exp. 3, a corn-soybean meal-corn gluten meal diet was used as basal diet, which contained 0.14% tryptophan and 60 ppm of niacin. Tryptophan was added to diets to make tryptophan levels of 0.14, 0.21, 0.28, 0.35, 0.42, and 0.49%. The results showed that when the diet contained 0.14% tryptophan, the feed intake of goslings decreased (P<0.05). When the diet contained 0.28% tryptophan, the best weight gain and feed efficiency of goslings were obtained. These results suggest that the tryptophan requirements of goslings were 0.23% for maximal weight gain but for feed efficiency 0.28% tryptophan was required. |
