中文摘要 | 固定污染源所排放之粒狀物質之環保法規管制標準為不透光率及排放 濃度兩項,兩者在某些條件下有相對關係性質存在。本換算關係研究即從學理分 析兩者之關連性,找尋有關之變數如粒狀物質之粒徑分布、光學性質、排放物性 質、處理設備等之影響程度,由實際量測所得數據推估機組在固定條件下之換算 關係,供作環保機關或電廠本身進行粒狀排放物管制時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Particulate matter emission from stationary soruces suchas coal and oil fueled power plants, are limited by environmen-tal portection regulations in two ways of mass emission basisand opacity basis which have relative relationship each otherunder certain applicable conditions. This study firstly corre-lates the particulate mass emission and opacity using theoret-ical analysis to determine the effects of associated independent variables on the correlation, namely particle size distribution,optical characteristics, exhaust conditions and pollution control equipment etc... Then secondly it is disirable to predict anopacity correlation based on the test results from specificpower unit operation under specific conditions. Therefore, theresults of opacity correlation analysis would provide eitherEPA or power plant itself with a substantial reference whileparticulate matter emission limit being defined. |
