中文摘要 | 臺灣雨水下水道系統的規劃、設計與興建,大都本於經驗及合理化公式法,工程 設計精度難於要求,至於設計容量,在一系統中,常有部份過大而形成浪費,部份管線卻又 過小,造成排水功能不足而導致積水。 本文利用美國環保署( EPA )發展之暴雨經理模式 ( Storm Water Management Model, SWMM ),建立一完整之診斷流程, 對選擇的案例 -- 臺灣臺中市黎明社區下水道系統,進行功能檢定,其檢定結果或可提供未來系統整建或擴充 之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Most of the storm water sewer systems in Taiwan have been planned, designed and constructed by use of the rational formula and some empirical formulas. The dependable accuracy of the engineering design is hard to sustain. The design capacity in a system determined by the above-mentioned methods is often either inadequate or over designed. This paper introduces the Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) developed by the EPA of USA and applies it to the sewer system of the Li-Ming Community in Taichung City of Taiwan. A complete procedure of diagnosis has been established and it may be used in the future projects of sewre construction. |
