中文摘要 | 本文應用電阻量測與形狀回復試驗,研究時效析出對 Ti49.2 Ni50.8 合金變態遲 滯與形狀回復之影響。由實驗結果顯示,Ti49.2 Ni50.8 合金經過時效處理之後,麻田散體 正變態溫度,Ms 與 Mf,之變化相當大,而逆變態溫度,As 與,Af 則沒有明顯的變化,因 而變態遲滯(As-Ms)明顯增大。這個現象導因於 Ti11Ni14 析出物與基底之整合性界面會 因麻田散體正變態而減少甚或破壞,並且與 Ti11Ni14 析出硬化之強度有關。另外,Ti49.2 Ni50.8 合金之形狀回復也會因為時效處理而增強, 此乃因 Ti11Ni14 析出強化會抑制差排 滑移之進行所致。 |
英文摘要 | The aging effects on transformation hysteresis and shape recovery in a Ti49.2Ni50.8 alloy have been studied by using the electrical resistivity measurement and shape recovery test. Experimental results show that the Ms (Mf) temperature can be strongly affected by the aging treatment, but the As (Af) temperature is not significantly affected. It occurs because the coherent boundaries between the Ti11Ni14 precipitates and matrix can be reduced or destroyed after the forward martensitic transformation. Under this circumstance, the transformation temperature hysteresis (As-Ms) is widened and the extend of hysteresis is related to the degree of precipitation hardening induced by the Ti11Ni14 precipitates. The shape recovery of the Ti49.2Ni50.8 alloy can also be improved by the aging treatment due to the strengthening effect of Ti11Ni14 precipitates by hindering the slip of dislocations which can impede the ship of dislocations dering the application of external stress... |
