英文摘要 | Endeavouring in the work of information service, library is usually considered as theprovider of media. However, retrospecting from other aspects, the issues of the developmentof library collection, the building of libraries, the purchasing of library facilities are alsorelating to the circle of the activities of business consuming. Accordingly, libraries alsobecome the demander of information and resources. The author of this article intends todiscuss some relating issues of library administration from the perspective of ConsumerSovereignty. It hopes that all the professionals in this field can form a whole conscience ofconsumer group, thus strengthening library performance from weakness to effectiveness. |
