中文摘要 | 「彈性福利」又稱為「自助餐式福利」,一九七O年代發軔於美國。此種福利制度標榜「彈性」,強調讓員工依照自已的需求從雇主所提供的福利項目中選擇並組合自已專屬的福利。彈性福利制的出現和雇主企圖抑制福利成本的成長有關,此外人口統計因素的改變及組織重視人性管理也是兩項重要的使成因素。彈性福利制的類型有很多,其中最普遍約有以下五種:「附加型彈性福利計畫」、「核心加選擇型彈性福利計畫」、「彈性支用帳」、「套餐式彈性福利計畫」及「選高擇低彈性福利計畫」。另外,本文並就彈性福利制與激勵理論關係提出討論,最後並對此種福利制度的優缺點提出說明。 |
英文摘要 | Flexible benefits was origanated from U.S. in 1970's. It refers to a system where by employees are prensented with a menu of benefits from employer and askedto select the benefits they desires. The flexible benefits are designed to assist inmanaging benefits costs. Besides, the changing demorgraphic composition of our work force, and the employer recognize the importance of humanized managementall to dictated this action. There are five types of flexible benefits discussed in thispaper 1. Add-on plan, 2. Core-plus option plans, 3. Flexible spending accounts, 4. Modular plans, 5. 0pt-up/opt-down plans. This paper also explores the relationshipof the motivation theory and the flexible benefits, and discuss the adventages and disadventages of the flexible benefits. |
