中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討大量施用化舉肥料之下,花卉園土壤電導度(EC) 值、pH值以及氮、磷、鉀之變化及其與花卉生長之關係。並探討土壤尿素水解 �t、磷酸酯�t、固氮�t對高土壤電導度之敏感程度。結果顯示在農戶施肥量0.5 倍、1.5倍、2.0倍之施肥量下,菊花(菊屬,Chrysanthemum sp.)之生長並無顯著差 異。但畦邊表土之EC值可高達6.2mS/cm。pH值則可從7.6降至5.6。在田間調查之 結果則顯示,有些非洲菊(大丁菊屬,Gerbera sp.)花圃表土之EC值已高達 19.6mS/cm,且其土深45公分以上之EC值均高於4mS/cm。室內實驗顯示,在土壤 EC值為4mS/cm時生物固氮活性即受強烈抑制。此外,對尿素水解�t活性亦有顯 著之抑制效果。磷酸酯�t受抑制之情形較不顯著。由此結果顯示此些土壤生化特 性對EC值均較菊花敏感,因此或可作為土壤肥力之監測指標以及土壤劣化之一 警訊。 |
英文摘要 | The primary purposes of this study were to investigate the effect of heavy fertilization onsoil pH, electrical conductivity (EC), nitrogen phosphorus and potassium status as well as on thegrowth of Chrysanthemum sp.. The effect of high EC, resulted from heavy fertilization, on soilurease, phosphotase and nitrogenase was also studied. The results obtained from the field experiment showed that the growth of Chrysanthemum were not different significantly among three different levels of fertilization (i.e. 0.5, 1.5and 2 times of the fertilization rate of the farmer). However, the EC value might increased to6 mS/cm at ridge side and the pH value mightdecreased from 7.6 to 5.6. The field survey showed that the EC value of certain soils, which were planted with Gerbera sp., were considerable high (e.g. 19.6 mS/cm). The laboratory experiment demonstrated that the soil nitogenase activity was inhibited drastically when soil EC value was 4 mS/cm. Urease activity was also inhibited significantly whereas phosphotase activity was not as sensitiveas urease. Comparing to the growth of plant, some soil enzyme activities were more sensitiveto the high soil EC value. Thus, the soil enzyme activities might be used as an indicator ofsoil deterioration due to over-fertilization. |
