中文摘要 | 一棟位於虎尾地區的開放式雞舍,在飼養期間連續量測其環境因子(溫 度、濕度、風速、氨氣濃使、和照度),以評估雞舍在無環控設備情形下,雞舍 內的環境是否適宜雞隻的生長。結果顯示有27的時間,雞舍內的THI值大於26.8 ℃,因此雛隻有想當部份時間處於熱緊迫狀態;而且雞合內的氨氣濃度隨著雞隻 的成長而增高,並有33的時間,雞舍的氨氣濃度超過30ppm。分析雞舍內十個 位置點的溫度,得到雞舍中溫度非常均勻,其溫差約在2℃之中,另外以統計方 法分析氨氣濃度和THI的關係,得到其相關係數為0.81,所以氨氣濃度和溫度有 強烈成正比例的關係。試驗之雞舍類似一般傳統開放式雞舍,因備有風扇和遮雨 (風)捲簾,因此在春夏季期間可維持雞舍內風速往1m/s左右的適當範圍。 |
英文摘要 | Environment factors (temperature, humidity, air velocity, ammoniaconcentration, and light intensity) in a broiler house without any environment controlling facility, located at Huway area, were measured continuouslyin order to evaluate whether the broiler house were adequate for birds. Resultsindicated that birds were somewhat under thermal stress during theexperimental period since there was about 27 of THI value to be greater than26.8 ℃. In addition, trend of ammonia concentration increased as birds grew,and ammonia concentration in the house was greater than 30ppm during 33of time. Temperature inside the house was remarkably uniform based on theanalysis of temperature at 10 different locations since the largest differenceof temperature among the 10 temperatures was smaller than 2℃. Relationshipbetween ammonia concentration and THI was analyzed based on statisticalmethod. The correlation coefficient was 0.81 which indicated that the degree oflinear relationship between ammonia concentration and temperature wasstrong. Since the measured house was similar to traditional broiler houseequipped with fans and wind shielding curtain, air velocity can be kept in anadequate range of 1m/s during late spring season. |
