中文摘要 | 欖李種子分別澆予0、1.5、3、4.5、6等五種鹽分濃度之水,經85天實驗結 束,調查發芽情形,結果顯示,清水處理與1.5鹽水處埋發芽率最佳,低鹽分(1.5) 雖略能提高發芽率,唯未達顯著效果,但鹽分濃慢若超過3,則種子發芽明顯的 受到抑制作用;就平均發芽日數而言,以澆清水者最短,且隨鹽分濃度之提高平 均發芽日有延緩之趨勢。 另取幼苗以不同鹽分濃度(0、1.5、3、4.5、6)之溶液灌溉,培養265天後觀測苗木 各種生長性狀,結果顯示在1.5低鹽分濃度下,各種生長性狀均最佳。高於3鹽分 濃度時,則隨濃度之增加而較差;依T/R與DiCkson品質指數計算結果亦皆以清水及 1.5鹽分濃度處理者最能培育出優良品質之苗木。 |
英文摘要 | Seeds of Lumitera racemosa were germinated under five concentrationsalt solutions,i.e. 0, 1.5, 3, 4.5 and 6 treatiments in growth chambers.The experiments were conducted for 85 days and the results showed that thedistilled water and low concentration salt solution (1.5)treatment could promote seed germination but the seed germinating ciuld be inhibited greatlywhile the salt concentrations increased higher than 3. The results indicatedthat the mean germination days of seeds prolonged by the higherconcentration salt solution treatments. The seedling of Lumitera under fiveconcentration salt solutions ,i.e 0, 1.5, 3, 4.5 and 6 cultivation conductedfor 265days.After the seedling growth characters were measured and theresults showed that the seedling growth characters under the distilled waterand 1.5 low concentration salt solution were better than those under higherconcen- tration salt solution treatments (>3). According to root-shoot ratioand dickson Quality lndex,the seedling under the distilled water and 1.5 saltsolution showed the best seedling quality among those under fiveconcentration salt solution treatments. |
