| 中文摘要 | 本主旨在探討當企業處在政治、經濟、社會、呈現某種程度的混亂、無秩序、不連續的「亂世」時期時之因應之道。以策略性管理理論晶架構:一探討與分析亂世中的社會、政治、經濟等現象。二探討在亂世中企業如何診斷其機會、威脅與企業本身的優劣勢進而發展因應策略的策略規劃。三劇變環境中,不同環境情境因應的策略,企業本身功能性及一般管理的能力如何配合的策略勢態管理。四.當面對突發,緊急性及衝擊性高的危急事件時,企業該如何因應的策略、要事件管理。五、當處於極為艱困時,策略制定應掌握那些原則及注意事項。亂世環境的企業因應之道,除了審慎的環境分析找出根本原因以確定機會與威脅,以策略性管理模式及處理逆境的策略制定原則來選擇策略外,更應強調企業的社會責任與倫理的經管理念。除重視利潤的追逐外,應以正當途徑,有效的策略管理,以獲取企業星期的生存與發展。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to explore the way that the firms how to cope with the some degree disorder and discontinuous problems about the turbulent marco-environment. On strategic theory framework, this paper includes five parts. First, Firms how to analyse the social、 political、and economic environments in the turbulent times. Second, How to explore the SWOT and develop the right strategic planning. Third, Business how to develop organizational capability and competence to fit the different strategic postures in the turbulent times. Four, When accident 、emergent and high-impact crisis issues occur, the firms how to cope with the strategic issues. Final, firms how to make the decisive princip1cs and rules to solve the most dangerous problem within the adversity situations. Business desires to sustain competitive advantage and survive continuously, it must implant strategic management and emphasis on corporatc ethic and social responsibility The firms must ensure that managers do the right, fair, and effective strategic management to make profits and growth. |
