中文摘要 | 醫療機構在促進醫療品質改善過程中,企業改造是新的一波浪潮,乃是藉著運用優異的資訊科技、改善工作流程,而使用資訊科技的人員於工作流程中不可避免的牽動著醫療品質的改善成功與否,本文運用精神科護理中之成長團體的技巧,促進護理督導問之人際關係,進而激發基層人員的人際關係建立與溝通的改善;護理督導之成長團體共計有8人參加,由筆者與一位副主任共同主持,每週一次,共進行三次,主題分別是「個人最滿意的事」、「個人最成功護理經驗」,及「如何關懷同仁」,每次進行90分童,團體進行中,共出現有4個重點;分別為資深護理人員的自我肯定,親人或個人之遭遇的深刻體驗,深受病人影響的護理經驗,以及護理人員的成長;為期共三次的團體過程,達到了激發護理領導人員積極、主動的特質,而經驗的分享,也建立了彼此幫助的管道。在溝通過程中,成員彼此學習幫助同仁成長的技巧,是一次十分成勘的成長團體經驗,希望藉著這樣的開端,護理領導人員在探索個人成長的同時,也能散發協助同仁的熱忱,期與資訊科技的工作流程改造同步並進,達到提昇醫療品質的目的。 |
英文摘要 | The concept of reengineering is a new trend which must be integrated into the continuous quality improvement process to raise nursing care quality. Reengineering includes the proper use of information technology to improve work flow. Involvement of the individuals who use the information technology and conduct the work is key to the success of a reengineering project "Growth groups" were conducted to promote interpersonal relationships in the nursing leadership group and also to enhance their interpersonal skills. Eight nursing supervisors attended the three growth groups led by the author. Each session lasted ninety minutes. The topics were "the most satisfying experience in my personal life, "my most successful nursing experience," and "how to take care of the nurses you supervise." Themes which were addressed in the group process: asserting their seniority, family or individual experiences which aroused deep feelings, unforgettable nursing experiences related to a patient's health or death, and nursing experiences through which they grew. The three group meetings were successful experiences for group members. The supervisors' enthusiasm contributed to their motivation. The information on personal decision making and helpful techniques exchanged in the group process was part of the helping behavior. This is only a start in promoting staff members' relationships. It is hoped that interpersonal relationships can be combined with information technology so as to improve the quality of nursing care. |
