中文摘要 | 本文係考慮不同含量之雲母鱗片添加於熱塑性聚胺基甲酸乙脂(polyurethame, 簡稱聚胺脂)中,以擠出法混合,並以射出成型法控制最佳成型條件,產生三種不同厚度之 試片,再利用光學顯微鏡觀察鱗片配向情形,及進行各項力學試驗,以探討不同鱗片含量及 不同厚度材料之機械性質。本文所進行之機械性質試驗包括拉伸試驗、彎曲試驗與衝擊試驗 。實驗結果發現,拉伸模數隨著鱗片含量增加而增加,且隨厚度增加而遞減,彎曲模數亦隨 著鱗片含量增加而增加,但與厚度無直接關係,衝擊值則隨鱗片含量增加而急劇下降,而在 30 %趨於穩定。 |
英文摘要 | Thermoplastic ployurethane was mixed with mica-fiake of various content via extrusion. Three specimens with different thickness were then produced by the injection mold which ensures the optional conditions for the manufacture of products. Observation of mica-flake distribution and orientation in the specimens were made with optical microscope. Influence of mica-flake contents and thickness on the mechanical properties of the composites were also discussed. The mechanical property tests included tensile, flexural and impact tests. It showed that the tensile modulus increase with the increasement of mica-flake contents but decrease with the increasement of thickness. Furthermore, the flexural modulus is also found to increase in accordance with the increasement of mica-flake contents but be not significant of thickness. Finally, the impact strength decreases with the increasement of mica-flake contents and get stable with mica-flake contents beyond the level of 30%. |
