中文摘要 | 「粉末鍛造」製程為組合傳統「粉末冶金」及「鍛造」之複合成形製程,即是將經由傳統粉末冶金技術而得之預成形胚,以熱間鍛造方式於密閉模穴之鍛模中鍛打而成形。「粉末鍛造」零件除可具有如鍛鋼(Wrought Steel)材料零件同等之機械及物理性質外,且亦具有如粉末燒結零件於複雜形狀及尺寸之良好精度控制等優點。 本文敘述棘輪軛粉末鍛造製程研究中所進行之相關實驗過程及結果;結果顯示,當粉末燒結預成形胚於氮氣氣氛下加熱至1100∼1150℃時進行鍛打,具有良好之鍛造成形性,而所得之鍛件其密度可達7.81g/cm3(理論密度約99.8%)且具有良好安尺寸精度。 |
英文摘要 | "Powder Forging" is a hybrid process in which performs made by conventional PM techniques are not forged in closed impression dies. The "powder-forged" components can be produced having mechanical and physical properties equivalent to conventionally wrought steels, together with the complexity and dimensional accuracy normally associated with sintered parts. The paper describes some investigations on powder forging of the ratchet head. The results showed the performs while are heated to 1100∼1150℃ in N2 atmosphere having good forge ability. The density of the forging parts reached 7.81 g/cm3 (theoretical density≒ 99.8%) meanwhile the forging parts having good accuracy. |
