中文摘要 | 構造物在完工使用後,其建材受環境溫度及濕度影響,表面色澤即開始 產生變化隨著時間增長,變色部位開始龜裂或剝落,造成觀瞻不佳及空氣污染, 甚至產生安全相關的問題。 本文提供一探討玻璃纖維加強水泥質複合材料行為之系列試驗之結果,此系列研 究規劃係於試驗室進行室內吸水色差試驗,於戶外則藉設立之台北、南投溪頭及 高雄三個曝露站進行戶外曝露色差試驗。由試驗結果探討水泥質複合材料GRC 之表面顏色改變原因,瞭解其對GRC耐久性之影響。 |
英文摘要 | The appearance of building materials often changes since the completion of construction of a building. The surface color of building materials varies with time due to its exposure to the environmental temperature and humidity. The induced cracking or scaling notonly results in poor appearance and air pollution but also leads to the safety related problems. This paper presents the result of series studies about the environmental effects on the appearance of glass fiber reinforced cementitious composite. The effect of moisture adsorption on the chromatism of composite was examined in the laboratory. Three outdoor exposure stations were set up for the chromatism tests of outdoor specimens. These three exposure stations are located at Taipei, Kaoshiung and Nantou, which representing three different natural environments. The results of this study provides valuable informationsabout the influence factors on the change of surface color of GRC materials. The knowledge on how to increase the durability of GRC materials is also advanced. |
