中文摘要 | 本計畫之主要目的是針對核三廠中央寒水機之含鰭冷凝管渦電流檢測 之困難,從評估現行台電之檢測設備與檢測程序著手,先行了解其限制及可靠 度,進而改進其評估方法,以提昇瑕疵檢出與分析之能力。 經由現場抽換管及人工模擬缺陷之測試,吾人發現:第一,在擴管區域缺陷的偵 測與分析較為困難。第二,對同樣大小的缺陷,隨著軸向位置的不同,訊號振幅 也不同。擴管區及剛開始有鰭片區應依循不同的校正曲線。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to unprove the accuracy ofthe eddy current inspection for the Central Chiller finnedCondenser Tubes of Maanshan nuclear power plant. Thisresearch includes the evaluation of inspection system, procedure, reliability and limitation of the inspection system, and the improvement of the inspection method to increase thedectection and analysis ability of defects. After compare the detection results of retired tubes andthose with man made defects, it is found that: first, thedetection and analysis of defects in the expanded zone is moredifficult than in other zone. Second, the signal amplitude isdifferent for the same size defect in different location along thelongitudinal direction of tubes. In the expanded zone and theinitial region of finned area different calibration curves shouldbe applied. |
