中文摘要 | 藝術治療之應用於精神醫療與特殊教育之由來已久,對於「注意力缺陷 過動症」,俗稱「過動症」(Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,簡稱ADHD) 的治療介入卻鮮有專文記載。本文除在文獻上探討有關過動症之定義、病因、病 程發展及常見的治療方式外,並就藝術治療之觀點,擬定針對各種不同障礙程度 過動兒之治療策略。作者並建議,過動兒之藝術治療介入除了過動兒本身之治療 規劃之外,家長亦應積極地參與治療計劃;唯有家長、學校和醫療單位能有一致 的治療目標和介入方式,並保持密切的連繫,過動症之治療方能有更理想的病程 評估。 |
英文摘要 | Art therapy (AT) has been a therapy of choice in the field of mental health formay years. However, there are little references centered on the intervention of ATwith children of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). A review of articleson ADHD's definition, causes, prognosis and treatments are concluded in the first andsecond parts of this article. In the third part, art therapy statedgies/programme withchildren of ADHD of different functioning levels are designed. The author suggests thatparents of ADHD should be actively involved in the treatment: only when there are aconsistant treatment plan and close connections within parents, school and medicalcenter, a better treatment outcome could be expected. |
