中文摘要 | 本研究係以純毛料為素材,探討五種縫製角度及四種鬆份量的抗張拉伸性,以尋求最佳角度與縮縫量作為改善縫合強力之基礎。實驗結果顯示,各縫製角度之抗拉關係為角度愈大抗拉強度愈大,其斷荷重以縫製角度75∘、80∘。較強,而鬆份量0.5cm及1cm時布料外觀無縐紋、細摺出現,達最佳縮縫效果。 |
英文摘要 | The tensile properties of pure wool fabric were examined as a func-tions of both sewing angle and amount of ease, to find out the optimum sewing angle and amount of ease for higher sewing strength and precise sewing. Expenimental results indicated that the tensile strength of pure wool fabric was increased with increasing sewing angle, the highest break-ing load occurs at sewing angle of 75 0 and 80 0 , the optimum amount of ease is 0.5cm and lcm at which pure wool clothing shows no wrinking and no tiny creases. |
