| 中文摘要 | 本研究對臺灣製造業的調查分析顯示:1. 組織規模並不對行政密度、研發、行銷人員比率等發生作用。2. 管理者越認為環境困難,組織中的研發人員比率便越為提高。此外,連續生產技術與自動化科技使用越多,研發人員比率亦是越高。3. 企業越是採大量生產技術或自動化程度越強其行銷人員比率亦會越高。4. 自動化無論是單獨時或與其它權變因素同時作用時,其對行政密度的影響都是最大與最顯著的。5. 由於電腦之大量應用於製造技術的各種類型,顯然使生產技術類型所代表的科技複雜度被擾亂,因此以自動化程度作為衡量科技複雜度的主要標準,似更為合適。 |
| 英文摘要 | The research on Taiwan manufacturing industries has shown some results as follows: 1. Organization size has no effects on administrative intensity, and R. & D. personnel ratio, and marketing personnel ratio. 2. The more the managers perceive difficulty of their environment, the more they raise the ratio of R. & D. personnel. Besides, the more continuous-process automated production technology and automation technology being used, the higher R. & D. personnel ratio will be. 3. The more mass-production technology and automation technology being used, the higher marketing personnel ratio will be. 4. No matter it is alone or with other contingency factors simultaneously, automation always has the most important effects on administrative intensity. 5. Because of computers mass usage in various types of production technology, it has disturbed the degree of technology complexity represented by these technology types. Therefore, using degree of automation as major standard to measure technology complexity seems to be proper. |
