中文摘要 | 本文主旨係利用邊界元素法分析三維空間物體無摩擦接觸力學之問題。大部份接觸問題之外加載重壓力與接觸區域變位關係,屬於幾何非線性行為;因此本文擬以迭代法方式,計算接觸物體受載重壓力後實際之接觸區域面積,以探討接觸區域問之曳引力分佈狀況。文中首先簡述邊界元素法之基本理論,進而討論接觸問題之型態,接觸區域必要之連續條件以及迭代法之分析步驟。本文擬採用二階同參數八點邊界元素,進行全模型邊界元素法分析。四個標準數值算例包括Hertz和非Hertz接觸問題,本文方法均能得到良好之數值結果。比較目前一般邊界元素法分析接觸問題,大都只考慮平面應變或三維軸對稱模型分析算例,本文全模型分析方法,可提供較佳之使用性及廣泛性。 |
英文摘要 | The contact problems for three dimensional solids without friction analyzed by the Boundary Element Method (BEM) is presented. It is well known that the relationships between applied compressive load and its corresponding displace. ment are nonlinear in most contact problems. Hence, iterative procedure is employed in the paper assuring the actual contact zone between two contact solids and the traction distributions of contact zone are then investigated. Different types of contact problerns, continuity condition between two contact solids and procedure of iteration method are described. The fully 3-D model for boundary element analysis using eightnoded isoparametric quadrilateral element is achieved. Four benchmark numerical examples incIuding Hertzian and non-Hertzian contact problems lead to very good results. Comparìng with those of commonly-used plane strain or axially symmetrical BEM analysis for three dimensional contact problem, such a fully BEM model analysis is more applicable and malleable. |
