| 中文摘要 | 本研究是將以往之膠帶內黏膠之彈性模型延伸至黏彈性模型,以探討剝離之動力 行為。其物理模型將膠帶分為一無限長之膠著體部份和黏膠本身,在剝離之過程中,先假設 在剝離點之破壞是發生在膠著體和黏膠之介面位置,且當剝離應力達到該介面束縛之最大應 力時剝離開始發生。由於黏膠之黏彈性性質,此最大應力應是應變率之函數。另外,因材料 破壞的準則甚多,本研究中另使用了應變能釋放率破壞準則作為特例。在穩態剝離時,剝離 後之自由端部份以 Elastica 解描述,而仍束縛之部份視為一無限長之彈性樑平置於一黏彈 性基礎上,在剝離點處可得到非線性之邊界條件,進而得到其數值解。所得之結果可求得在 任一剝離角和剝離速度下之剝離力。將剝離速度降至極低以模擬剝離力之靜力解,以資比較 ,結果十分令人滿意。 |
| 英文摘要 | Previous elastic models of an adhesive interlayer for the peeling behavior of an elastic strip from a rigid substrate are extended to viscoelastic models. The adhesive bond between the adherend and the layer of the adhesive is assumed to fail when the interfacial stress reaches a value that depends upon the strain rate in the adhesive. Also, a special fracture criterion of strain energy release rate for peeling is deduced. Computational results obtained by satisfying the nonlinear boundary conditions are presented. Those results indicate that the present viscoelastic analysis and the conventional models predict the same dependence of peel force on peel angle. |
