| 中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的是想藉著訪視、輔導、評鑑的機會,對本院輔導區內的環保績優國小,其環保工作推動成效進行研究,以了解環保工作的推動情形、缺失、及差異性,以為學校本身及相關行政機關的參考。 本研究首先根據各環保績優國小所填答、寄回之「環保小組工作調查表」及「環保小組問卷調查表」二份初評;由初評的結果擬定該校輔導的重點及作為複評的參考。再由研究小組安排時間前往各校訪視、輔導、及複評。而複評是根據研究小組所擬定的「本院輔導區環保績優學校訪視、輔導、評鑑實施辦法」來進行,此辦法中包括:學校基本資料、二十項環保工作成效之調查;複評的結果是本研究統計分析的主要依據。 研究結果顯示:大致而言,中部地區的環保績優國小對其學校環保工作仍十分努力,成效尚稱顯著。其中有關「環境教育活動的舉辦」及「實驗廢棄物的處理」等兩項環保工作要項表現較差,值得注意。而由學校基本資料之變異數分析及薛費多重事後比較分析結果顯示:在各顯著差異項目中,普遍以臺中市、省縣轄市地區、班級數在31班以上、及受訪日期排定在後期之環保績優國小有較佳的表現;而不同的學校類別、受訪人職別、校長性別等,對環保工作成效之影響,並無顯著的差異性。利用逐步迴歸法所得的環保工作總成效和各環保工作要項間的迴歸式為: 總成效=0.122V3+0.266V4+0.394V7+0.185V8+0.327V12+E 這表示各績優國小的環保工作總成效(V12)依次受V7(校內各科教學之相關教材是否融入環保教育理念?)、V12(校內是否推行環境衛生工作?)、V4(學校是否實行節約用水、用電?)、V8(校內是否實行綠化?)、V3(校內是否實行垃報減量?)等五項有顯著影響,也就是這五項在各校間實行成效有顯著差異才導致環保工作總成效彼此之間的差別。再由全體模式徑路分析亦顯示:對環保工作總成效有非常顯著影響的徑路依次為V7→V21,V12→V21,V8→V21,V3→V4→V21;而有顯著影響的徑路為V3→V21。 |
| 英文摘要 | By the chance of visiting, guiding, and evaluating for elementary schools of having better achievements in the guidance aera of Taichung Teachers' College, the main purpose of this study was to survey and understand the state, defects, and differences of environmental-protection work efficiency of the schools. The results of the study are expected to be adopted by the schools themselves and related to administrative agencies. First, according to what was filled in "Questionnaire for Work of Environmental protection Division" and "Questionnaire for Environmental Protection Division", and then was sent back, the first evaluation was proceeded. Next, the outcomes of the first evaluation were used to draw up the key points for guiding the schools and as reference of reevaluation. Then the research division arranged the schedules for visiting, guiding, and reevaluating the schools. The reevaluation was accorded with "Scheme of Visiting, Guiding, And Evaluating for Elementary Schools of Having Achievements in the Guidance Aera of Taichung Teachers' College" that survey basic document and twenty items of environmental-protection work efficiency. Statistic analysis of the study primarily based on outcomes of the reevaluation. The main findings of the study were as follow: Generally, the elementary schools of having better environmental achievements in the middle area of Taiwan still work very hard on environmental protection work whose efficiency is acceptably marked. The two items "Holding Environmental Education Activities" and "Laboratory Waste Solid Treatment" whose outcomes are worse than the others, that deserve pay more attention to it. The outcomes based on analysis of Anova and Scheffe's multiple comparison were shown below: Among the significantly different items, the elementary schools of having better environmental achievements in Taichung City, in provincial city or county town, whose classes are above 31, and whose visting date is in latter term have better performance. There aren't significant effects and differences in environmental protection work for various classification of the schools, official rank of interviewees, sexuality of principals. The regressional equation obtained from the total efficiency and efficiency of the environmental protection work items is shown below: Total Efficiency=0.122V3+0.266V4+0.394V7+0.185V8+0.327V12+E This shows that the total efficiency of the elementary schools of having better environmental achievements(V21)is significantly affected by five items-V7、V12、V4、V8、V3 in order. That is the significant differences of total efficiency of the schools result from the significant differences of the five items. The results of The Whole Model Path Analysis are also shown below: The V7→V21,V12→V21,V8→V21,V3→V4→V21, and V3→V4→V21 are very significant paths in order. The V3→V21 in significant one. |
