中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的,在於比較茵根與非茵根非洲菊在不同溫度下之生長反 應。組織培養之非洲菊(Gerbera jamesonii cv,Tennessee and Regina),分別接種一種 Glomus sp.菌種,如Glomus etunicatum Becker & Gerd.、Glomus fasciculatum (Thaxter sensu Gerd.)Gerd. & Trappe或Glmusmosseae(Nicol. & Gerd.)Gerd. & Trappe。三個月 後,分別移植到30/25℃、25/20℃和20/15℃下栽培。 非洲菊(cv.Tennessee)在25/20℃和20/15℃下,花序直徑、切花鮮重及植物鮮、乾重 比在30/25℃下明顯增加,低溫(20/15℃)可增加花梗直徑。在30/25℃下,Tennessee 品種接種Glomus etunicatum、Glomus fas ciculatum或Glomus mosseag者可增加地上 部鮮、乾重。對Regina品種而言,接種Glomus etunicatum或Glomus mosseae者可增 加地上部及地下部鮮乾物重,接種Glomus mosseae者在8-HQS中可延長三天切花壽 命。從花梗維管束的構造上,發現有二種不同大小的維管束並列,剛採收之切花, 花梗頂端維管束木質化程度比花梗十五公分處之木質化少。切花置於瓶插液中, 當瓶插壽命結束時,在花梗基部有多種形態及數量甚多之細菌導致維管束阻塞, 故推論維管束阻塞是非洲菊切花老化原因之一。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to compare the growth responsesbetween mycorrhizal and nonmycorrhizal gerbera under threedifferent day./ night temperature. Micropropagated plantlets of Gerbera jamesonii (cv. Tennesseeand Regina) were inoculated with one Glomus sp. sach as G. etunicatum Becker & Gerd., or G. fasciculattsm (Thaxter sensuGerd.) Gerd. & Trappe or C. mosseae (Nicol. & Gerd.) Gerd. & Trappe.After three months, transplanted and cultured in 30/25 ℃, 25/20℃ and 25/20℃ phytotron. All gerbera plants showed that in 25/20℃ and 20/15℃ culturerooms, flower diameter, fresh weight of cut flower,and fresh and dryweights of plants were higher than that at 30/25℃. Low temperature(20/15℃) could increase the scape diameter of gerbera. VAM inoculation could improve quality of gerbera cut-flower,especially G. etunicatum, G. fasciculatum or G. mosseae enchancedshoot fresh weight and dry weight at 30/25℃. G. etunicatum or G.mosseae could enchance fresh weight and dry weight of shoot androot of gerbera (cv. Regina) plants. Flowers of mycorrhizal gerbera(cv. Regina) infected with G. mosseae showed 3 days longer of vaselife in 8-HQS solution than the non-mycorrhizal control. There were two sizes of collateral vascular bundles were found inthe vascular structure of 'Tennessee' gerbera scape. The fershlypostharvested gerbera cut-flower, lignification of vascular bundleswhich were one cm below the flower head was less than those in 15cm below the infloresence. It was found that at the end of 'Tennessee' gerbera cut flower kept in vase solution, there were many strains of bacteria on thestem, and a number of bacteria plugged the vascular bundles of thestem base. It was suggested that one of the reason for the bend ofgerbera flower in vase was due to the plug of vascular bundles bythe bacteria in the basal end of the gerbera scape. |
