| 英文摘要 | Aeromonas hydrophila, Edwardsilla tarda and Flexibatercolumnaris are the most important pathogenic bacteria isolated fromaquarium fishes. By plate dilution method, sensitivity tests wereconducted on bacterial isolates against 8 antimicrobics, i.e.,norfloxacin (Nor), flurnequine (Fq), oxolinic acid (OA), nalidixic acid(XA), sulfamethazine(SA), neomycin sulfate (NM), chloramphenicol(CM), and oxytetracycline (OTC). The results indicated that A.hydrophila, E. tarda, and F. coltimnaris were more sensitive to Nor,Fq. and OA than to NM, CM, OTC, and SA. Among four testedquinolones, the minimum inhibition concentration of the Nor was thelowest, and then, followed by Fq, OA and NA accordingly. Studies on drug resistance in 224 A. hydrophila isolatesdemonstrated that 0, 0.4, 2.2, 7.1, 33.5, 6.7, 16.1, and 33.9 ofthese isolates were resistant to Nor, Fq, OA, NA, SA, NM, CM, andOTC, respectively. Resistant patterns were mainly anti-SA, anti-OTC,anti-SA, OTC, anti-CM, anti-NA, and anti-NM. Thirty of a total of 152resistant A. hydrophUa isolates possessed transferable R plasm id,and their resistant patterns of transferable R plasmid wereprincipally anti-SA, anti-OTC, anti-CM, and anti-OTC ,SA. Anotherstudy.using 103 E. tarda isolates, demonstrated that 0, 1.0, 2.9,10.7, 28.2, 6.8, 8.7, and 41.7 of these strains were resistant tothe said drugs, respectively. Resistant patterns of E. tarda wereprimarily anti-OTC, anti-SA, anti-SA, anti-OTC, SA, anti-CM, anti-OTC,NM, and anti-OTC, NA., SA. Among a total of 58 resistant E. tarda,15 possessed transferable R plasmid, and their resistant patterns oftransferable R plasmid were mainly anti-OTC, anti-SA, anti-OTC, SA,anti-CM, anti-OTC, CM, and anti-OTC, CM, SA. In forty F. columnarisisolates tested, percentages of drug resistance were 0, 0, 5.0, 7.5,30.0, 20.0 ,12.5, and 42.5 to the said drugs, respectively. Resistantpatterns of F. columnaris were mainly anti-OTC, anti-NM, anti-SA,and anti-OTC, SA. Eight of a total of 27 resistant E. tarda possessedtransferable R plasmid, and their resistant patterns of transferable R plasmid were principally anti-OTC, anti-CM, anti-OTO, CM, anti-OTC,NM, and anti-SA, OTC, CM. |
