中文摘要 | 本研究利用球化劑添加量及添加銅合金元素來控制延性鑄鐵鐵水,以研製縮墨鑄鐵。並測試並鑄態及經沃斯回火熱處理後之破裂韌性。以期得到具高強度、高韌性之沃斯回火縮墨鑄鐵。 研究結果顯示經過不同的沃斯回火熱處理條件,分別產生上沃斯肥粒鐵、下沃斯肥粒鐵及上╱下沃斯肥粒鐵的混成組織。其中,上╱下沃斯肥粒鐵的混成組織破裂韌性最佳;其次是上沃斯肥粒鐵組織,而下沃斯肥粒鐵組織最低。 |
英文摘要 | This research studied the effects of copper addition to the production of compacted graphite (CG) cast iron was produced by the method of controlled amount of spheroidizer with or without copper addition in the casting processing of ductile iron. The effects of various austempering heat treatments on fracture toughness were then investigated. After the different austempering heat treatment conditions, three types of the ausferrite (1)upper (2)lower (3)upper and lower mixed structures were obtained. Comparing the fracture toughness, the mixed structure shows better values than the others. |
