中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討中長跑、排球、籃球和足球選手的生理特性。二十四名臺灣體專 區運級選手為受試者,平均年齡為21±2.43歲、身高177.7±8公分、體重72 .09±8.9公斤。在腳踏車測力器上以每五分鐘漸增 50 瓦的負荷強度,運動至衰竭。 結果獲得下列結論:1.中長跑選手的衰竭時間顯著較排球選手長(p<0.05)。2.中長跑 選手的最大耗氧量(ml/kg/min)顯著較藍球和排球選手高(p<0.05),足球選手的最大耗 氧量(ml/kg/min)亦顯著較藍球選手高(p<0.05) 3.中長跑和足球選手的無氧閾值均 顯著較排球選手高(p<0.05)。 研究結果,指出中長跑選手有較佳的耐力表現、最大耗氧量(ml/kg/min)和無氧閾值。 |
英文摘要 | Comparison of physiological characteristics among middle-longdistance runners, volley ballers,basket ballers and foot ballers were studied. Twenty-four College students of National Taiwan College of P.E. were subjects. Their profile were 21 ± 2.43yr of age, 177.7 ± 8cm of height, and 72.09 ± 8.9kg of weight. Subjects were tested for prolonged endurance running with 5-minute increases 50 watts gradually to exhaust on a bicycle ergometer. The results obtained from this tudy were; 1. Exhausting time was longer in middle-long distance runners than in volley ballers (p<0.05). 2. Vo 2 max(ml/kg/min) was higher in middle-long distance runners than in volley ballers and basket ballers, and it was higher in foot ballers than in basket ballers (p<0.05). 3. Anaerobic threshold was higher in middle-long distance runners and foot ballers than in volley ballers (p<0.05). These results indicate that middle-long distance runners have a superior ability of exhausting time, VO 2 max and anaerobic threshold as compared with the others. |
